Stitching is always too big with trousers made for very skinny legs and tops made for very heavy women. The clothing size guide is not appropriate to the clothing. The website said free shipping over $300, in ramadan I ordered and everything went fine. Now I placed two orders for over $300 and I received a message from DHL stating that I need to pay import duties or else my order will be returned. I paid additional $82. Free shipping is a SCAM. I have been shopping online for years on almost every
brand there is no such thing as import duties. Maria B is trapping thru free shipping and collecting shipping in other ways. Greatly disappointed.

I ordered one dress from the M basic and it’s been 9 days i have not receive it. I emailed maria b customer service they say they dispatched it already and I need to contact TCS . When I contact TCS they said they send back to sender. They don’t know where my package is and they r not interested to help me. Poor customer service they are not even issuing me refund . So frustrating!

After visiting Maria B stores in Lahore, I decided to order online from the US. On the website everything looked very nice. Once I received the clothes (2 suits) I was extremely disappointed. The packing was miserable, the suits were extremely big for the ordered size and the lawn was really bad. I’m really very sad and disappointed as the prices were quite high. I expected a much better quality. It’s very sad that now I have to give these suits away to some relative who wears a bigger size as definitely I can’t wear those suits. Very disappointed

Their policy says items can be exchanged within 4 days but they make it very difficult to exchange anything. I exchanged an item and tried to adjust the difference by adding a jewellery piece as well which left a 10 rupee difference on them which was infact our loss but I was ok to leave it but they forced me to buy something more expensive because of the 10 rupee difference and neither were they ready to pay me back the 10 or let me exchange the existing items. If it is so impossible to exchange then why have you allowed the exchange. It is because they are very sneaky and dodgy and want to force you buy something you don’t want making a fool out of you. A refund would have been easier then an exchange but who can explain these idiots who don’t know the knowledge of business and marketing and customer service.
In short very Dodgy !

Everytime I get a good deal, MariaB cancels that order.
Recently I placed an order for $380(USD)- payment was approved and I received confirmation. Everything went fine.. after 10 days of placing order got an email from Mariab that my order is cancelled!
This is not the first time- they did same couple of times in the past.
MariaB customer service is horribly frustrating- their USA phone numbers never pick up the call, never do they call back.
I buy from different online stores using same payment method but MariaB is the only one that cancels order after confirming.
MariaB is by far the most unreliable online business.
It has been 3 days since they cancelled my order, I still have not got my money back,

Ridiculous customer service, two store managers in packages, and Gulberg misguided terribly. They won’t take accountability for a defective dress. Would not recommend anyone, I have been a loyal customer for years but this one experience is enough to turn me back. Ladies shop somewhere else, they do not care about their customers. Highly disappointed in how they reply over email as well. They just keep telling you to go here and there and it is just a loop.
