If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed on our website by content that is displayed through Google AdSense, you may submit a notice of infringement to us in accordance with the DMCA. Your notice must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

We reserve the right to remove content that is the subject of a notice of infringement and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We may also notify the owner of the allegedly infringing content so that they may submit a counter-notice in accordance with the DMCA.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated copyright agent. Your counter-notice must include the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

We will promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of your counter-notice and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity related to the removed or disabled material within 10 business days, we will replace or re-enable access to the material.
