The brisket is absolutely DELICIOUS! I wasn’t too impressed with the macaroni or the corn option, but the caramel banana cake made up for it. The staff is very friendly and super helpful – especially taking the time to make sure there wasn’t cross contamination with my allergen. The only downside is how little the meat portion is for the price on a meat plate.

Excellent BBQ, one of the best I’ve had. The brisket and ribs are delicious, juicy and with a good, authentic Texas flavor. They are sold by the pound or fractions so more or less 1 pound is enough for an average person. The line is long and lasts an average of 2 hours, I left early and can enjoy a good experience.

Best brisket I’ve ever had. Got there on a Friday 30 minutes prior to 11am opening and I was 18th in line. We ordered and were seated just after 11:30. While all the Q was very good the brisket was off the charts. Staff was amazing and gave us a mini tour of the smoke room after we discovered the cashier was from my hometown.

Drove all the way from Corpus Christi to try the food here at Truths, was not disappointed!! The brisket was ridiculous in every good sense of the word. The service was awesome, the employees working the line were super friendly and made the experience that much better. The banana pudding was out of this world! I’d HIGHLY recommend coming here for some damn good BBQ! 10/10
