Beautiful atmosphere and attentive service. This restaurant is by Spanish chef José Andrés. I am vegetarian and found several delicious options. Also posting some photos of items my friends ordered for the omnivores.

Delicious food with intriguing and unexpected flavors, textures, and top-notch ingredients. The revisited G&T and the Pisco sour were outstanding cocktails. Based on their favorite items on the menu, both the servers and the bartenders gave us excellent recommendations. Excellent and careful customer service.
Beautiful restaurant
Beautiful restaurant in the Conrad hotel. After being seated, it took a while for us to be greeted, but it was smooth sailing after that. Cocktails are well balanced; go for the Foggy Hill if you want something dramatic. Favorite starters were the crudo (pictured), lobster salpicon, and tomato tartare.
