Rosie Cannonball
loved it
We visited for the first time and loved it. We will be back. Check out pics for plate ideas, including desserts!
Amazing Italian food
Amazing Italian food (with a twist)! We were here on a double date, and everything from the service to the quality of the food was amazing. The food consists of twists to classic Italian dishes.
Everything should be shared in our opinion with the Focaccia and lasagna dishes being our favorites.
It was packed on a Tuesday night, so make sure to get a reservation in advance.
yummy pizza
Rosie Cannonball was truly an experience. The atmosphere was very hip & full of energy- definitely a place to go on a date night with your partner or yourself, and even a cool girls night! Valet parking is complimentary, so it takes the stress out of finding parking.
I ordered the Squash & Burrata and it was a 10/10. So creamy, so buttery, and such a flavorful moment in each bite. As far as pasta, the Bolognese was just okay for me this day. It could’ve been a little more flavorful, especially with it being a beef & pork mixture. I saw a lot of people ordering Lamb Alla Genovese, so next time I’ll get that or a yummy pizza! The cocktail I got was called the Forte and it was incredible & I’m not even a bourbon drinker. I’d rate the overall experience a 4 out of 5. Def a must try!
Soooo good
Rosie Cannonball continues to be one of the most consistent and well executed restaurants in town. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the menu rotates on a regular basis so that if you come often, and we do, you never get bored of the options. Some menu staples that never retire are the NY strip, the chicken basquaise, the blistered bean salad and the cacio e pepe pizza. There is a reason these items are year round and it’s because they are all delicious. I would go so far as to say that the cacio pepe pizza is the best pizza in town. Soooo good! I am delighted to report that the heirloom tomatoes are back on the menu and the new squash and carrot dishes are out of this world. I am not much of a dessert person but my husband said that the Torta Tenerina is a hazenut raspberry dream and he couldn’t stop talking about it. The vibe/atmosphere is always lively and it’s worth noting (especially during this heat wave) that Rosie is always very chilly inside
