There are very few companies of this size who are very well positioned to ride the market’s uptrend. I believe it is Waterfall’s turn. Right place, right time! No matter how experienced you are, you will be challenged with interesting work and plenty of opportunities to grow along with the company. Location is great too, two fast growing technology hubs, SanFrancisco and Austin. Smart engineers, designers and product guys, knows how to work hard and play hard.

The people are smart, hard working, hard playing and care about one another. This isn’t an office where you just know your peers while within the 9-5 — there is a genuine appreciation for knowing people on a personal level and supporting their various interests outside of the company. Cross departmental participation is very high.

Waterfall is a fantastic company if you are looking for autonomy in your work and want to be surrounded by a fun group of folks. Almost everyone at the company is really kind, helpful, and willing to try new things. Overall, the people are the best part of working at Waterfall.
