They gave appointment to a relative and made them wait more than 1 hour because the doctor was doing some laser surgery, even after that they said it will take 15 or 20 more minutes as the surgery is not done yet. If you give an appointment then this behavior is acceptable, if you dont have time just tell the patient not to come instead of making them wait indefinitely just because you are getting paid a lot for surgeries
treatment is good
Their acne treatment is good but then they will scam you by saying they are giving you treatment for acne spots and scars. I had almost 6 to 8 sessions for the scars treatment of no use and per session cost me 6k.
