Moreover, their customer service is far from satisfactory. When I received a defective item, instead of offering a straightforward refund or return, they insisted that I visit their outlet for an exchange. This not only wasted my time but also showed a lack of consideration for their customers’ convenience. Additionally, their return policies are disappointingly restrictive, especially for defective items.
To make matters worse, I felt judged based on my appearance when interacting with their staff. This unprofessional behavior only added to my dissatisfaction with their overall service. Furthermore, they rarely proactively provide updates on the status of orders, requiring customers to constantly make follow-up calls for any information.
Overall, I cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer service, unreliable online platform, inconvenient return policies, and judgmental behavior towards customers. It’s important to be aware of these issues before considering any purchases from them.

Kindly do not buy with zellbury or zullbery what so ever brand as these people don’t know the value of money time and customer care….. Out of stock dress material are included, online order details are not complete, shipping tracking numbers are not provided ….. And keep on waiting for unlimited period. I have been contacted by the courier to come to their station to collect my parcel but when I get there they ask me the tracking number which wasn’t provided by zellbury so the staff couldn’t find my parcel. I tried to reach zellbury customer care for help but didn’t got any reply even after a whole day. I texted them on whtsapp, email and Instagram but no response. It is so frustrating i will have to go to the station hoping they find my parcel out of nothing. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at zellbury website or else you will have to deal with all issues at your own. My first and last purchase for sure.
