Zarqash

I purchased a Zarqash Delara outfit from its wedding collection range last year. The outfit was ordered for custom stitching. All around it costed over 30,000 PKR.
When I received my outfit, I was appalled. They sent me a second hand trouser and it was two sizes smaller than what’s requested. I addressed this to Zarqash. They promised that they will send a new trouser for my size. 3 months later I still haven’t received anything todate.
