I have order a khaddar dress, they send me a wrong one asked to send it back to them and now they are not replying me not refunding my money.. shit brand don’t buy anything people they are all fraud.

Bought 2 suits online few months ago.One of the unstitched suits was missing some panels therefore I sent it back as told by the customer service.It’s been more than 2 months but haven’t received any refund to this date.Very disappointed by their customer service

Pathetic quality.. totally scamming their customers by showing beautiful and bright pictures and sending them dull and defected products.. and their customer service is so bad that they would keep updating their stories and won’t see or reply to your texts and emails.. highly disappointed..

Best clothing brand ever. The lawn collection was fabulous .zaha pk good brand ever. the clothes were amazing. increase our beauty when we wear these beautiful clothes. well-managed shop and arrangements. the staff was so nice. and the owner was also good. ladies have a good chance to purchase nice dresses.

I bought 3 suits – khadar with embroidery- but the quality of the fabric and the dye shades across the pieces wasn’t great. I have asked for refunds for 2 of them and am still waiting for a response despite reminders to them! Not happy as I paid full price. I will NOT be buying this brand again. My advice to all : Stay Away!!

Ordered a ready to wear dress last month and still waiting. nobody bothers to reply my inquiry and no update when it will be shipped. i did not expect it from this so called hi end brand. why selling online if you cannot handle it.

Ordered a dress from ZAHA by khadija shah a few days ago n I must say that I’m very disappointed. Not only the product was defected, it was also not properly ironed, folded and packed. Besides a huge number of threads were sticking to it as it has came from a tailoring workshop. The cloth was wrinkled and the embroidery disappeared at some parts.it was my first and last time shopping from the so called HIGH END BRAND. A huge thumbs down
