I ordered a suit for my son’s wedding which I did not receive. They told me they have already shipped but they could not give DHL tracking no. i have paid the money into their account by telegraphic order which I have proof. When asked for refund, each time the lady name Shirine says they have to check with accountant. Also the accountant is abroad and they cannot refund back. On other occasions they said they transferred the refund in my sister’s account in U.K which is completely false. I do not have any sister in Uk. Or that the order no. is not correct. Very poor customer service. Poor phone service, mostly unavailable, no response to my emails . Mr Talhaa asked my bank details to refund me but he did not, each time pretexting false excuses. I asked to give me a copy of the refund which a lady said he is abroad, I will get it when Mr Talhaa will be back. This day never came. BEWARE.
