They didnt even mail me back very terrible customer service i recommend not to order from here.

I placed 2 orders and received only 1 confirmation and than emailed them several times and they said we received only 1 order and than not replying.
They don’t know what the customer service is.

First time i visited sapphire grw. Outlet was overcrowded and there was no check and balance to visitors. Everyone and anyone can enter. Staff was not cooperative. Someone stolen all my cash and cards from my bag. Disappointed with security who refused to take any responsibility. Do not go to any overcrowded outlet during sale. It is worst thing to do

The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.
They didn’t send my full order but charged me for the whole thing. I must have sent hundreds of emails with no response or responsibility from their end. Filed a case with PayPal where Sapphire wants me to send back the items but how do you send back something you haven’t received? I asked them that but no response. I asked where is my refund no response. I don’t know what they are gaining from keeping my funds like this.

Ordered goods online from Sapphire for delivery to UK. First, if the value of the order is greater than £135 than it doesn’ t accept it. need to book two separate orders. The total value of my order was £128 online, but when I got my credit card bill, I was charged £144, don’t know what the additional charges are? they were never mentioned on the invoice. Than separate payment for custom duty.

Have ordered clothes from Sapphire website in the past and never had to pay duty tax to delivery to the UK, maybe I was just lucky then. However, this month I’ve received an invoice for £57 for items of value of £130. I think when Sapphire advertises free delivery of items over a certain value, they should also make clear that there is a compulsory customs duty/vat tax payable. There is a mention on their website about customs tax if you are looking for it. Many people like me are unaware of this. I’m certain Sapphire has had many queries regarding this before my order and query. As they know, this is the case, then this information should be alongside free international delivery they advertise.
