Sanaulla - The Big Store

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Sanaulla when I placed an order for a custom-stitched men’s shalwar kameez on July 11th. At the time of ordering, I was promised a delivery date of July 19th, which seemed reasonable because my event was on August 10th. However, my experience took a frustrating turn from there.
Firstly, I provided them with my size as requested, both at the time of placing the order and afterward, to ensure the perfect fit. However, what followed were numerous delays, and I found myself in a constant state of uncertainty. My attempts to follow up with their customer support regarding the status of my order yielded no responses whatsoever.
The breaking point came on August 8th when, after almost a month of waiting, my order had still not been delivered. In desperation, I requested a refund, not expecting much given their track record of poor communication. Surprisingly, they finally responded, but to my disappointment, there was no apology for the extended wait or the lack of communication. Instead, they assured me that my order would be delivered immediately.
However, even after this assurance, I found myself waiting for another three days with no sign of my order. This lack of reliability and the disregard for customer concerns have left me thoroughly unsatisfied with my experience with Sanaulla.
I finally received my order on the 18th which became no use to me. I know that this is my last time ever trusting Sanaullah for any of my orders. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I live in the US and tried this brand after several failed attempts to obtain this specific item by Mushq. First off, I ordered this dress Faiza House and Sammy Fabrics. Faiza cancelled my order 2 wks prior to Eid Al Fitr 2023 due to damaged products they received on their end and wanted to adhere to brand equity, which is understandable but disappointing. Sammy sent me a garment with absolutely no beadwork for triple the price of everyone else… stitch work however was precise. I finally found the garment at Sanaulla and purchased it with anticipation for a beautifully made dress for Eid Al Adha. The item that was sent was not like the item in the image. It looked horribly made and sleeves, bead work not the back of the kameez looked as shown in the picture. They admitted to their mistake but blamed it on brand for sending the product like that to them. In the image the round pearls were sown on as beading normally is done. The actual garment had half pearls glued on with glue all over the delicate tulle fabric. The item in the image had bell sleeves, the item they sent were straight sleeves and they mentioned there was just not enough fabric to make them bell sleeves even though the one Sammy Fabrics sent had bell sleeves and the size ordered was a medium. They did not offer a refund and matter of fact they offered ONLY 50% of stitching off the next garment ordered from them. Who is dumb enough to make this mistake twice so not only am I insulted by the quality they’ve sent but that they think I lack intelligence. They are horrible and I would suggest never to purchase anything with a brand that has absolutely no regard for their clients. I have a customer order #547072 and also images of the dress and their email comms for proof of their incompetence.

I got my clothes on time and I live in Florida. The clothes I got were super uncomfortable, very cheap material and hard and painful for wear. The stitching is really bad, strings and thread everywhere. The cloths are not like the pictures and the embellishments are very cheap and fall off. Not happy at all

This a brand of clothes. where imported clothes are available .sanaulla store has a great staff but they need to hire more staff because they are fewer. according to the prices were high .and according to the quality, the quality was also good like this place and environment .good to see these beautiful clothes. Some clothes are a little heavy.

I order a dress but when I see this is an unstitched cloth I requested they have to stitch cloths when I get my parcel their cloths are stitched and stitching very well I am surprised when I see everything is perfect they have made me a permanent customer sanaulla store brand reviews are very good people are very happy from their quality prices and customer service.

I just received my parcel I am so happy to get this parcel everything was perfect but sanaulla store reviews are not too good people are very disappointed with this store they are very disappointed with their customer service I ordered online so I don’t know about their customer service but delivery boy a very respectable and their delivery speed are very fast.
