I’m shocked and disappointed with my recent purchase from you. I ordered a woollen sweater, but what I received was a threadbare, cheaply made article that looks nothing like the product pictured on their website.
The quality is appalling, and it’s clear that the company has prioritized profits over customer satisfaction. The material is thin and flimsy, and the construction is shoddy. It’s not even close to what I expected from this Brand.
To make matters worse, the customer service team has been unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. They claimed the item was a “hot seller” and refused to exchange it, despite the obvious quality issues.
I would strongly advise against purchasing from ONE unless you want to risk receiving a substandard product. Their focus on sales over quality and customer satisfaction is truly disappointing.
I hope this review serves as a warning to others and that Brand takes steps to improve their quality and customer service.
