It’s my first/last/bad experience with Mushq.pk. I’m very disappointed with their delivery services. I ordered clothes on 6th Feb 2023 and still I haven’t received my parcel. And they are not receiving my phone calls as well. I’m very disappointed with Mushq.pk. I ordered 3 dresses for my sisters for wedding (right after Eid) which cost me around 1.5 lacs, and now they are not updating us properly about delivery. It’s been 6 weeks now and they are keep delaying it again and again. Is there anybody else facing same problem because I’m afraid is this a scam

They were good with quick response. I was anticipating an elegant and delicate work on the shirt and pants, but what I got is completely opposite they’ve used very cheap fabric including cheap laces. They make you fool with their endorsement of ordering clothes from them. Mostly is embroidery and rough tila work and even though for the sticking part they just stitched in the middle letting it hang from the edges which was really showing it can come of any time. Over all impression is that may be they don’t keep good professionals whether it comes to work on the shirt and even stitching, hand over orders to beginners which is not cool. I had to wear it in the wedding. I’m so thankful that I kept a back up with me to wear. Not happy with the purchase at all

Ordered 2 outfits which arrived quickly. Customer service for ordering part was excellent However soon realised that once order is confirmed and they have your money then the customer service ends there. First outfit had very visible defects in tailoring which had to rectify myself. Second outfit, bottoms were made completely small to the point they couldn’t be worn as they were. Contacted Mushq immediately who advised would send out another pair tailored to correct size. Despite chasing up almost weekly for 3 months, these never arrived. Had numerous conversations over three months in which they constantly reassured would be sent out to me which was never done. It was one excuse after another during which time they kept thanking me for my patience and that they were arranging for urgent despatch for me. Eventually told after 3 months, they can’t send them and I should return the complete outfit from the UK to pakistan (to be done at my own expense) and they would offer a refund as a favour as I was out of their standard refund period. In the end I wasn’t prepared to spend more money to send outfit back to them as really lost faith that I would ever receive a refund.

On July 20th, I ordered a dress from one of their recent collections. They said it would take 5 to 7 days to get it, but today it’s July 31th and they still say it’s in production! I tried contacting the customer service team through different platforms but they’re really slow and they give very broad answers! Still now they don’t even know when my dress will be shipped.

I ordered a suit online with the website stating a delivery within one week. It is now over 2 weeks and after repeated calls still Mushq are unable to confirm when the item will be delivered
The same suit is still on their website with a 1 week delivery. Really poor service from a so called designer brand endorsed by Pakistani celebrities.

I ordered 3 suits from Mushq small, medium and large the quality of the suits is terrible. The sizes are completely off the small was a medium and the medium was a large I had to alter the suits so they were the correct size and add more detail to the suits so they looked better.
It is awful I have no words to describe my disappointment as I had very bad experience I would not recommend this brand to anyone. I ordered the same sizes from Faiza Saqlain and the suits and sizes were perfect.

It’s a clothing brand for ladies. there is all stuff is available .mushq lawn 2022 with the price was very cheap with good quality of cloths. Good combinations of clothes with design. their staff is also good and best service.

AoA I ordered 3 suits from mushq (roheenaz)website and had them delivered and paid through cod once I received the parcel there was only 1 suit yet I paid them total bill i hv been trying to contact the company through different platforms and have not gotten a reply plz fix this issue I hv all details and pics if u need thanks

I love their staff. their staff was very friendly and guides us the right way . mushq pk reviews were so good. this place was so cool ad their environment was also so cool .highly recommend it.

We can wear these clothes for special events. even we can be wearing these clothes at the wedding. the formal dresses are so gorgeous .mushq.pk reviews are so good. everyone was satisfied with their service.

I am going there to order a couple of dresses for my in-law’s wedding. really good experience with them .when received my parcel I am very satisfied with their online service .prices was fine. affordable prices .mushq pk is a good brand for shopping.

It was a clothing brand. I order a dress for a wedding when I received the dress it was faulty. when I opened my parcel I received just a shirt and trousers I don’t receive a dupatta overall they are not sent me the dupatta highly disappointed .mushq pk had a bad experience with them. I can’t go there for anything purchased. prices were high.

I agree their collection is good hence I ordered 3 dresses online in September. First dress that arrived was good but had missing sequins in the neck front embroidery and looked odd. Tried to contact customer service which sounded like nice and responsive but for the last 2 months it has become a routine that every Saturday I remind them about missing sequins or to replace the dress, they give false hope and move on. I am sick of this and really want them to take their dress away and refund . It’s just an unfortunate situation that no one wants when blindly order dresses online with high expectations which then turns into a misery. I ordered that suit in September to wear in November and the wedding is next Saturday and so far it’s a complete silence from them, as usual I reminded them again but as usual it won’t work .
