They are just making People fools ,they seriously cal orgenza shaifon ,like what,
I ordered shaifoon dupatta but they gave me orgenza , and they wouldn’t even refund it or change it 😡😡😡😡

I ordered on 31st March so that I may get my dress earlier before Eid and the avoid the hassel to go to bazar. This was my first purchase from KrossKulture However, after 2nd week of online pavement, I requested them again and again to respond whether my order is duspatched or not. Upon 4th week near Eid, they told me the dress I ordered was out of stock. It was so shocking for because when I had paid, the dress was in stock and my ordered was confirmed. I asked them to send back my money, to which they said they don’t have the policy to refund but I can choose something else from their site. This ruined my whole day but I had to choose sone other dress as my money was not coming back anyway. I placed to send the new dress asap before Eid and they kept lying that they will send it before. However, I did not get anything from them so I had to buy another dress urgently from bazar for Eid. After again and again asking them, they dispatched the order on 26th April and today on 3rd May, I got the parcel finally. For this dress, I had to pay 714 extra as I did not find anything within the range of previous price. The dress was good but KrossKulture has introduced itself with the worst customer care. I hope I wont buy from them ONLINE as they take money and then forget you. To make a trustworthy brand, they need to overhaul their online delivery system and customer service, else they will kept on called as fraudsters.

Kross kulture is totally fraud,I ordered the shawl n they sent me the piece which was different from pic,one main flower was missing from each side,so pathetic n disappointing response,they r not attending the call not responding text n voice messaging,I don’t recommend u to shop from Kross kulture

They have a lot of variety in the good stuff with lawn stuff .there lawn was no 1 .kross kulture is a no 1 brand according to the stuff. their collection was amazing. prices were high .highly recommend it.

kross kulture new arrivals are very good they have very good designed the shops to empress the people according to the dresses this is too good customer service my favorite place where I go to shopping.

Very impressive, it offers us good quality clothes for ladies with good stitching .gul attire reviews are very admiring .but the staff was less. The place was so huge. all varieties were there. highly recommend it to you.

According to the place. the place was so ambiance .staff was really good .good working. good place. and good prices. the owner was so good. service was good. they are fabulous.

kross kulture is a clothing brand they a good color of clothes they have very helpful staff they are very good according to everything I am very impressed from their customer service because their staff is a very good guide to people. I just love this place.

kross kulture reviews is a bad many people complaint they snd the defective suits they send an incomplete suit they have no variety of clots and not a good quality according to this prices they have very high prices many people want this suits but they can’t buy any suit cause of their high prices.

The reviews that mentioned that they will charge you but not deliver on the ordered items are 100% right. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. Do not order online from them.

I ordered on 14th of march thinking of preparing early for Ramadan but money gone from my account and they saying order was cancelled by you if I cancelled the order why you taken the money. And response is very slow now telling me go on Instagram or Facebook and share your concern for further process but why.

This a message to anyone thinking of ordering from Krosskulture.
Please don’t order from them. I ordered 4 weeks ago I paid by card. They’ve taken the money but haven’t sent anything. They’re not responding to my email text messages or phone calls.
They seemed to have vanished.
I wonder how many more they have conned.
Please don’t get taken in by they’re fake 5* reviews.

I have always receive my parcels on time, they posted on FB their were not operational for few days that’s why they were not replying to their customers, now they are operational again.
