I just had a terrible experience from one of the J dot cashier at their PWD branch today around 9pm on 12th January 2022. I went with my brother there to buy his mehndi dress with shoes and accessories, after spending more than half an hour we selected everything and when we reached to the counter the cashier said the top ( kurta) is not on discount even though the promo price was mentioned on it with 20% green sticker. He even checked with his sales person and verified that the promo price was there but their system isn’t scanning the discounted price. He very rudly said to us that he can’t acknowledged the promo price even though it is their own mistake. We always buy from J dot even though from their international branches. That was the worst experience ever as he missed out almost 14000 rupees sale where we were about to pay.
I will strongly suggest you to apply the rules under consumer guarantee act otherwise J dot will lose its reputation worldwide.
