Your representative at dolmen mall didn’t entertained us well. We bought 6to7 articles from your shop two weeks ago they commited to my mom for 15 days return and also didnot signed behind slip. When we arrived at your shop they said if we said 15 days then slip must be signed, we retrieved the slip and it wasn’t signed. Your 2 articles didn’t have desired trousers with them size was XL and the trousers your company provided were L size. 7 days return policy is pathetic, a person who is traveling abroad and shopped from your studio didn’t knew that you guys jeopardize people by not providing the right articles to them. If we didn’t tried it on after a week then it would have been junk for us. So you guys need to upgrade your policy for returning/exchanging to compete in the competition that is going on in the market.

I had a great experience with them. their online service was amazing .bin saeed brand I love their fabric but their service was the worst ever. prices were fine .staff was so good but they are so lazy.
