I and my friends and my family always go there for shopping one time I order a dress from an online service. the online service was so bad ,they sent incomplete articles. and which are they sent it was faded .never recommend .asim jofa reviews are also bad. prices are high and the quality was nothing.

Nice ser and nice suits un affordable range. But chiffon stuff of suits range 5 or 6 thousand is very light and cheap . But embroidery is amazing. Pl try to improve chiffon quality.

3 months before I had ordered a dress that was 12550/- but they had sent me same dress twice and I had paid for both.when I returned it to them they didn’t refund my amount yet.only asking same questions your I’d ,CN# no,Date of dispatch and so on.In short I would say don’t trust them.They are big Fraud.

I am based in Uk and I ordered a dress paid online and even received a transaction Confirmation from bank . Its been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I have contacted all the wattsapp number and customer service emails provided on their website multiple times but there is no response . They have read the texts on watts app number but they are ignoring it . I tried to write a comment on their instagram page to warn ppl about their scam activities but they blocked me from there. So be aware of them don’t ever to try to pay online . I have all the proofs against them but unfortunately in Pakistan there is no justice system.
SO BEWARE OF THESE FRADULANTS.. THEY CAN GET AWAY IN THIS MATERIAL WORLD BUT THEY WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE TO ALLAH . Simply wasted my money and precious time.

I order an article from them which was delivered late and when I shrinked it if immediately faded and turned skin from pink . Never had this kind of pathetic experience from any pakistani brand . When I tired to contact them they didn’t respond for 2 weeks and then said that they don’t exchange shrinked items . Well that’s not my fault that your material is cheap . I live abroad and ordered a dress for my mum, and faced outright embarrassment, now she is behind them chasing up for the order.
Money diggers. They will not even bother to read any message, the only message I have been receiving repeatedly is share your ID number.
Really regretting now. Please don’t waste your money on these cheaters!!!

We placed many orders with Asim Jofa. Two of our orders were never delivered. We have chased them on multiple occasions and have had no response. We tried contacting on Insta too and had response but we always got told to send order number and was then told it’ll be 3-5 working days. Although it’s been over two months. One of our orders was classed as returned delivery when it was never delivered at all. 2 other orders were wrong outfits that we didn’t even want but paid for. And there was no assistance with returning the wrong items. We will never shop from them again. Every brand should have some morals and ethics but this isn’t one to be such.

We live overseas and placed an order 3 weeks prior to arriving in Pak. Whilst in pak we kept calling asim Jofa and each time we’re told a different answer and we even asked for a refund (it has been dispatched, will be dispatched, etc) and we left pak without the dress and a refund! Absolutely poor service and for a premium paki brand reflects badly on the country. Will never buy from a paki online store ever again! If I could give zero star I would!

I cancelled all my orders. It is very unfortunate that I trusted this brand and the quality I am getting is very poor for the price of unstitched materials and embroidery.
